The Bass’t Biscuits Around
Have you tried our hand-made warm buttermilk biscuits?
Our biscuits recipe, created by Pastry Chef Allison, is measured, mixed, formed, and baked to flaky and soft perfection each day. The Black Bass Signature Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits are flavored with fresh herbs and sautéed onions, giving off the most delicious combination of savory bliss when baking in the oven. They are baked at 354 degrees for 18 minutes. Once they are hot out of the oven, Allison lathers the biscuits in melted butter and sprinkles salt on top for your taste buds to devour. She makes over 1,000 biscuits a week for lunch and dinner. One taste - and you'll be hooked. Our guests can not get enough of them!
