Attention Valued Guests: Temporary Closure
To ensure the continued comfort, beauty and safety of our historic property. The Black Bass Hotel will undergo scheduled maintenance and cleaning. During this time, we will have two brief closure periods:
Monday, February 23rd through Thursday, February 26th and Monday, March 2nd though Thursday, March 5th. We will still be open from Friday, February 27th thru Sunday, March 1st during this closure period.
We kindly encourage you to plan your visit around these dates, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we take this time to take care for our beloved inn.
We look forward to welcoming you back soon! In the meantime, feel free to check out either of our sister properties, The Lumberville General Store and The Golden Pheasant Inn for a delicious meal with a view!
Corporate Retreats
The Bass provides the optimum atmosphere for your dining event, corporate retreat or strategic planning session. Enjoy an inspiring environment to balance the formalities of business while relaxing and taking in the river views. We offer a variety of meeting rooms, sumptuous meals, as well as comfortable suites for your guests to stay in.
You can host your meeting in a variety of locations:
Baxter Retreat - secluded meeting space with private patio area. Up to 20 guests.
Private Dining Room - private room with views of the river. Up to 14 guests. Off the main dining space.
Canal Room - spacious stone room which opens up to our River Deck. Up to 26 guests.
The Parlor - charming space offering a conference table plus a leather sofa and chairs. Up to 14 guests.
